They were designed for outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for a lightweight and durable outer or mid-layer to keep snow, rain, mud, scree, rocks, debris, dust and leeches out of boots / footwear and socks and to save your lower legs from brushy conditions. We know how important it is to have gear that is functional without compromising your comfort level which is why our design and material choices are so important.

Armadillo LT, consists of a waterproof and breathable upper made of Flexia 3.0, three-layer fabric that is contour-fitting and lightweight. This stretch fabric ensures a snug fit that won't pinch or fall down and won't scuff in between your legs. The lower cuff is a 1000 denier and high-density nylon, providing supreme protection from the elements. The gaiter is also fitted with a YKK waterproof zipper that closes from top down which makes it easy to get the gaiter on / off and also adjust.

These gaiters are built to last - covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

High hopes

The fit and finish of these gaiters i superb, the stretch material is really nice. I have large calves and they were certainly snug, too snug to wear over snow pants for sure but they worked great for hunting worn over pants/long johns. The issue with the design for me was the upward facing lace loops, though it works much better for securing the gaiter to your boot, it also catches on brush. This would be much less on an issue snowshoeing or cross country skiing, but for bushwhacking in the summer/fall it definitely was a factor. My first time wearing the gaiters they tripped me up a few times and low and behold when I got back to my truck the hooks were bent out of shape. I reached out to CS and did not receive a reply. Still, great gaiters, especially if you're going to be sticking to trails.

These are great for hiking and trail runnin

I have worn these running through two foot deep snow and my legs dry.They are relatively breathable too so your legs don't get too hot.Easy to put on and take off once you watch one of the on-line videos and there are no problems with them slipping down.
