The Squamish 50 races are TOUGH, truly unforgettable trail running experiences. The Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run is a challenging 30-mile foot race along the Baden-Powell Centennial Trail from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver to Deep Cove in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.
The course will appeal to people with some experience in trail and/or endurance events. It provides runners with magnificent city, mountain and ocean views, as they go up and over the mountains which grace the communities of Metro Vancouver’s North Shore, climbing 8,000 feet and descending another 8,300 feet in the process. Running Wild magazine has recognized the race as one of 25 toughest races in North America.
Valley Vertikiller is a challenging race showcasing the beautiful trail network on Teq’qéyex (Sumas Mountain), which stands on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Sema:th (Sumas) First Nation. All the Valley Vertikiller race distances feature singletrack trails of varied technicality through towering forest and over raging creeks offering stunning views of the Fraser Valley.
Valley Vertikiller offers three loop courses, making the race fast and flowy. With the majority of the course on singletrack trails, this race will definitely test your skills.

The challenge is simple. Run or walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day, for 30 days straight. It doesn't have to be fast, it doesn't have to be far, it just has to last 30 minutes.
