COVID-19 Update

First off, we would like to say thank you to our customers for supporting us and to the countless individuals working around the world to stem the spread of COVID-19. This is not a situation we take lightly - we chose to close our office and work remotely as soon as health officials recommended doing so. Although working remotely comes with its own set of challenges, we took it as an opportunity to help protect our team, loved ones, and community. 

Our online store is open for US and Canada

At this time, we are happy to announce that our online store is still fully operational. However, our warehouses and the postal services that we partner with are experiencing some disruptions. Considering this, please note that order processing may be delayed by up to 72 hours. Please also keep in mind that most postal services cannot guarantee delivery standards at this time. Safety remains at the core of what we do, whether it's safety on a glacier crossing or safety during a pandemic. We can work together to change the future and we strive to continue doing our part.
