Hi there! My name is Sarah, and I'm a full time healthcare professional, part time personal trainer, avid runner, and outdoors enthusiast. I started venturing more into the outdoors when I made the transition post UBC graduation from varsity track and field to road racing in 2018. When training for my first half marathon that February, I aimed to add variety into my training by venturing into the trails. Running and hiking gave me so many opportunities to see the beauty that BC has to offer, and Hillsound gives me the equipment to get there, no matter the weather.
