If chosen, we will contact you in the first week of August to ask you to send us a HQ file of the photo you shared that we will be featuring on our website and catalogue.

By submitting/hash tagging photos (#HillsoundBTR2020) you confirm that each photo is;
- your original photo artwork
- that there is no conflict with usage rights (the submitted photo is not licensed to someone else)
- if a person/property is featured on the photo, they have given you permit to submit photo
Copyright policy
The photographer will retain full copyright in each entry. Hillsound will credit photographer when photo is being used. Failure to publish a credit due to error or oversight shall not be deemed a breach of this condition.
Usage rights

This includes but is not limited to; display on our website, digital and printed catalogue and social media channels. Hillsound has the right to crop and resize photos when needed.
