We are ecstatic to see some recognition from one of the industry leaders. Backpacker Magazine’s Fall/Winter 2012 Gear Guide has given our stretch Super Armadillo Nano gaiter a rave review.

Backpacker says the Super Armadillo Nano stretch gaiter “keeps it all out.”  You might ask, “What else do I need from a gaiter?” Well, fortunately we have an answer. And so does Backpacker. The magazine’s reviewer goes on to say the gaiter has a “clean, contoured fit.” They also praised the use of high-tech Schoeller c_change fabric, which we use on the upper. The lower portion of the gaiter uses SuperFabric and “deflected errant crampon points like chain mail.”

Maybe even Mitt Romney might take a liking to our “chain mail” gaiters. He can use them with his horses and bayonets. Let us know what you think of our gaiters!
